Rental Information

• Capacity: 2800+ standing reception, 450 seated dinner
• Available: Monday-Sunday, 6:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Roundhouse rentals from mid-January until end of May and mid-September through mid-December. No Roundhouse rentals in June, July or August and early September. The Roundhouse is NOT air-conditioned.

Base rental of Roundhouse for first 200 guests:
(The base rental rate includes security, an on-site coordinator, 160 free parking spaces & the orientation center.)

 Additional Rental Cost Information

The Alex. Brown & Sons Foundation Exhibition Gallery can be opened upon request for an additional charge of $450 per hour.

Parking Service:
