The WM No.6011 was built by the Greenville Steel Car Company in 1953 for the Western Maryland Railway. The No.6011 was a flat car with a center well, which allowed it to carry tall loads. The center well allowed tall objects to have more stability. The No.6011 had a capacity of 90 tons and was specifically designed to haul large machinery. The WM No.6011 was transferred to the B&O Railroad Museum in 1992. It was last restored for the Western Maryland's 150th anniversary in 2001.
