Following is some very important information you should have for your family to have a great day at Disney Jr. Choo Choo Soul!


How do I get Choo Choo Soul tickets? 

To purchase tickets for the STAR Meet & Greet with Genevieve & DC (30 minutes before show time) please call 410-752-2462 x 221 Monday-Friday between 9am-3pm.

All other tickets are available for purchase at www.ticketweb.com or by calling 1-866-468-7630.


Who needs to purchase a ticket?

Anyone in your party ages 2 and up will need a ticket for entrance into the museum. Children under age 2 are required to sit on a guardian’s lap. The museum is closed to the public for this event. No on-site admission or event tickets will be sold at the door.


What does my ticket include?

If you purchased a STAR Meet & Greet you receive:

·         30 minute meet & greet with Genevieve & DC before your showtime

·         Reserved and assigned seats around the performance stage in the B&O Roundhouse

·         Free parking

·         One ticket confirmation good for everyone in your party. For ticket inquiries please contact 410-752-2462 x 221.


If you purchase general admission seats you receive:

·         First come, first served seats behind the STAR Meet & Greet seats

·         Free parking

·         Ticketweb tickets for everyone in your party. For ticket inquires please contact 1-866-468-7630.


When should I arrive for the event?

1) Please arrive ONE HOUR prior to your show time to allow for traffic, parking, getting through admissions and for show seating.


Where do I park? Is there Handicap Parking?

The B&O offers free & secure parking at both of their parking lots. Please report to the main parking lot located at 901 W. Pratt St. in Baltimore, MD. Upon your arrival, if this lot is full, parkers will direct you to the secondary lot and museum entrance located at 1100 James St. (Motorcoach Parking Facility), Baltimore, MD (http://baltimore.org/info/motorcoach-parking-information). Please DO NOT DROP OFF members of your party. It is best to park your vehicle(s) with your entire party and enter the museum as a group at one time. Dropping off members of your party at the front gate causes you and your party extra time and frustration. In addition to there being ample handicap parking spots, the B&O Museum is ADA compliant and handicap accessible.


What else should we know?

Food Concessions

The B&O offers food concessions throughout the event. Please note that picnicking is not permitted. Members of your party with strict food allergies are permitted entrance with a small lunch bag.
Limited stroller parking available for this event. Strollers not permitted in performance area..

Event Reminders
1) Event is RAIN or SHINE. Please remember to dress yourself and your family appropriately. Dressing in layers, rain gear, and sunscreen are advised.

2) Please remember that this is a family event. Smoking, cursing, or any inappropriate behavior is prohibited. Security has the right to remove anyone from the premises without refund.
3) For everyone's safety, bags may be searched at any time.

4) No pets

5) On-site interpreters are only provided by contacting info@borail.org at least two weeks prior to the event.
