All rental pricing is based on a four hour event. Museum closes to the public at 4:00 p.m. Events can begin as early as 5:00 p.m. depending on the extent of the catering set up. The Museum is closed to the public on Monday and Tuesday therefore, daytime rentals are available on these two days from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The base rental fee includes an On-Site Coordinator, Facilities Manager, (5) 54”rounds tables, (50) chairs, (4) 8’banquet tables and access to the inside and outside Station Facility.

A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the agreement letter. The balance is due fourteen business days prior to the event.
