Women of the B&O Railroad

This exhibit focuses on some of the women who were employed by the B&O Railroad and includes legendary B&O employee Olive Dennis, Engineer of Service, who focused on passenger service improvements. Information on the Stewardess-Nurse service which was the predecessor of today's flight attendants is also part of this exhibit as a photo grouping featuring women laborers on the B&O Railroad. All items in this exhibit is from the B&O Railroad Museum's archival material.

B&O Members Receive Free Admission to the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore!
During the month of May, all B&O members will receive free admission to the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. B&O Membership Card and photo identification must be shown at entrance. Family Memberships will be allowed entrance for 2 adults and 2 children.
