THE B&O RAILROAD MUSEUM AFFILIATIONS PROGRAM

Conceived in 1997 as a way to form a mutually beneficial network with other railroad museums, societies, historic sites and other institutions the Affiliations Program offers various benefits, according to the level of affiliation, to its members. Among these are opportunities to purchase wholesale merchandise, trademark use, object loans and staff consultation. This program also offers an opportunity for mutual marketing of both the Museum and the Affiliate to visitors and members through its web site, brochure distribution and provides for a graduated fee based consulting relationship invaluable for smaller and emerging railroad heritage sites and organizations.
