The Museum's covered and paved pavilion area boasts Baltimore's most unique backdrop of the 1884 Roundhouse. Ideal for large outdoor company events, banquets, family reunions, bull roasts and crab feasts.

Rental fees includes: Event Manager, museum admission for guests including train rides when offered, self guided tours, and other public programs and exhibits. Tent and heating are optional and can be rented through Loane Brothers; this cost is not included in the rental fee charged by the B&O.

Deposit Information
A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the agreement letter. The balance is due fourteen business days prior to the event.
