• Capacity: 1500+ standing reception, 450 seated dinner
• Available: Monday-Friday, 6:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Events cannot begin in the Roundhouse until designated times listed.
• Roundhouse rentals from mid-January until end of May and mid-September through mid-December. No Roundhouse rentals in June, July or August and early September. The Roundhouse is NOT air-conditioned.

Base rental of Roundhouse for first 200 guests:

Additional Rental Cost Information

The Alex. Brown & Sons Foundation Exhibition Gallery can be opened upon request for an additional charge of $450 per hour.

Deposit Information

A $750.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the agreement letter. The balance is due fourteen business days prior to the event.
