 Dear Friends of the B&O Railroad Museum:
The construction team continues to move southeast around the building with the installation of king and queen posts, wood decking, tar paper, and slate.
The portion of the roof that did not collapse is in a pre-failure condition. The trusses, king and queen posts, etc. were compromised because of the collapse and need to removed and rebuilt. Deconstruction of this portion of the roof began on August 8, 2003.
