Just for Girl Scouts

Scouts will explore the history of women working on the railroad from the B&O’s first female engineer to how the Rosie the Riveter campaign impacted the railroad. In this program we will tour the museum to hear about real women who worked for the B&O Railroad before walking in their footsteps and recreating their biggest accomplishments.

Admission to the B&O Railroad Museum is included with registration.

Girl Scout Levels: Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors and Girl Scouts Friends & Family

Girl Scouts: $30 per scout
Adults: $20

Registration is now closed.

The roundhouse was my favorite part, because it gives a true feel for what goes on in a roundhouse—the cars are stationary, but seeing the actual tracks is eye-opening.
