Read Across America Day | B&O Railroad Museum

Let’s Read Across America!

On March 1 and 2, we are celebrating Read Across America Day with story times from some very special guests. Join us in Junior Junction from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm to listen to prominent Marylanders read beloved children’s books. There will be a new reader every half hour, swag giveaways, and a “book tasting”!

On Monday, there will also be book giveaways*, including:

  • Pete the Cat’s Train Trip, by Kimberly and James Dean
  • Mel Fell, by Corey Tabor
  • The Gardener, by Sarah Stewart

*Book giveaways are first come, first serve.

My family had a wonderful time in this museum! It’s the perfect balance of visually appealing and interactive for my boys (ages 5 & 8). We would definitely go again!
