Let’s Read Across America!
On March 1 and 2, we are celebrating Read Across America Day with story times from some very special guests. Join us in Junior Junction from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm to listen to prominent Marylanders read beloved children’s books. There will be a new reader every half hour, swag giveaways, and a “book tasting”!
Special guests include award-winning artist Wordsmith, WMAR news anchor Megan Knight, WJZ reporter Janay Reece, WBFF Bmore Lifestyle Host Tiffany “Lady T” Watson, children’s author Joyce A. Robinson, the Baltimore Orioles’ Kerry Watson, and many, many more!
On Monday, there will also be book giveaways*, including:
- Pete the Cat’s Train Trip, by Kimberly and James Dean
- Mell Fell, by Corey Tabor
- The Gardener, by Sarah Stewart
*Book giveaways are first come, first serve.
