On Your Mark, Get Set, LEGO! Workshop | B&O Railroad Museum

Kids Workshop

Learn about the engineering process with this hands-on workshop!

Use the engineering process to design and build a car out of LEGOs. Builders will test their designs on our racetrack before making any necessary changes to their models. Participants will learn about the aerodynamics of vehicles like cars and trains and how to make a vehicle travel a longer distance at a faster speed.

On this tour, we will learn about the legacy of African Americans on the railroad.

Underground Railroad Monoprint Workshop

Tuesday, February 17, 2026 @ 10 am

In this workshop, kids will first learn about the significance and connection the Underground Railroad had in Maryland via the B&O Railroad.
